This application ("the App") is developed and used exclusively by Eleson Tanton Consulting, Inc. ("ETC") for internal business purposes, providing ETC personnel with access to ETC's own QuickBooks Online company data. The App is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any third party.

By connecting this App to a QuickBooks Online company, you agree that:

1. The App may read, and where authorized, create or modify data within the connected QuickBooks Online company on ETC's behalf.

2. Access is limited to ETC's own authorized personnel and systems.

3. ETC is responsible for the security and confidentiality of data accessed through the App, consistent with ETC's Privacy Policy (https://www.etcmanaged.com/privacy-policy).
